screenshot issue

hello i have a problem with taking screenshot if i press "print screen button in game and after that i open paint and do "shift insert" i get a screenshot of my desktop background , anybody knows how to fix it.?

use the /screenshotJPEG command.... screenshots will be saved in path/to/ET/etpub/screenshots

When i make a screenshot at command, it does not show my console when watching the picture.

And at intermission when i take a screenshot of the scores, it show the players from axis n allies team, instead of score.
