High ping and connection interrupted

Hi guys,

 

Today I joined the Nodownload server: my ping was really high and  unstable.

I thought was the server, but when I tried to connect to different servers, I had the same thing.

My net is fine, I did the speedtest and it gave me 50 ping.

So, how can I solve that?

There are many factors that can be the issue here. Do you use wifi? Crossover? etc etc. Might start with what you play with

I tried both with my old Macbook (without crossover) and with MacPro (with crossover). I use this for net http://www.flycommunications.net/it-IT/wireless-outdoor/nebula-router/cpe. But it always works fine (ping around 50-80).

I'm not having problems with Safari, download, etc...only with ET. :/

I think you have the same as Mabrun had, not sure if its lack of puter-muscles or what

Its really strange. I never had this problem until today. But I think its my net fault.

tried restarting the router? updated router firmware?

And update vga while you're at it.
