Missing shots or shotting blanks

Hi muppets. 

I open this topic to try to understand if i got smt wrong whit my cfg, or connection! i was looking up to a window and was just showing an enemy's head and i took some shoots at him but was count like body shots and not head's. 

Some maps i have a sensation of shooting blanks.  I have already an enemy at knees and i was aiming head and miss most of shoots. this happens a lot.

I try to record but when i open to see what i did wrong, the demo crashes.

I think this is not normal and I just want to know if it is or not...

I play now has kbs and i live in Azores that is islands in atlantic ocean. when i first came here to server i played much better.

Same experience for me. The lagometer is "clean" but sometime you just throw balls to the bin.

If I remember it's something on the server side with snaps 20 / 40 .

If you play on ETL2, the feeling should be better (if there's some players and not bots :D)
