Auto-Balance Idea: Getting Switched Late in the Map.... Very Frustrating! Is there a fairer way i.e. late joiners get moved first

Please revert changes and let last joined get moved... After a week of playing everyday it's the same story and most good players keep joining stronger team, and then other player get moved... The 'I get moved when i try to even' is a crap story, and i have few demos to prove that
