    Yes, I think it should stay like it is right now. I wouldn't say it will bring more people to chat if we allow everyone to start private conversations. Then they will be in the chat, but they still won't use the main chat. As klants wrote, there are lots of different ways to communicate. (send a PM on forums, use our Teamspeak) :)

     

    Why Admins have private chat option: 

    1) It's like a Live support.

    2) We can help player and members much faster.

    3) We can discuss and solve different problems.
