random Posted January 7, 2014 Report Share Posted January 7, 2014 I've worked in helpdesk and the main isssue was - believe it or not - That's for the router then. Do you lag in different servers?Firmware up to date? Pingtest etc fine? Look at older post by Miki, strikerowner and someone else had also lag in question. Infrared you must have administrator rights to change priorities afaik. But since your fps is soo low i doubt it will help.
