legacy !listaliases

Any chance of having !listaliases in et clan members ( lvl 3) permissions please.
would be most helpful identifying the fakename players which connect occasionally.

Its like !Listplayers instead of !list on NoDownloadserver

!listaliases displays every name a player has used
