Auto-Balance Idea: Getting Switched Late in the Map.... Very Frustrating! Is there a fairer way i.e. late joiners get moved first

The 'I get moved when i try to even' is a crap story, and i have few demos to prove that

I second this motion... def better to swap late comers than those that have been playing from the beginning of the map imho.
