MAP: ET Beach: Maps script changes

On the map ET Beach there are axis spawns near the command post (seems to be called Barracks).
It seems very hard for allies to get past these spawns.

Does it make sense to alter the script?

(I couldn't find a script or the map in my ET:L installation on Linux.
But I've found a file here on the side.)
