I dont think admin overbanned - you just didnt get any leeway and that can happen sometimes.

Asked an admin who was sat on spectator why I got banned, they said go to the forum and not argue and to play, I made a "smart remark" that I can play and argue at the same time, I'm then banned 24 hours. That's an overban mate

As I see it - you behaved badly - bad language. Admins took notice. Little bit later and you are again standing out with some bad behaviour. This time toxic behaviour by calling teammates braindead. 

Sometimes you get away with warning, sometimes you are ignored and some other times kick or even short ban will follow. 

Happens. Life goes on.

But instead of letting this sh*t go and accepting what happened even if it was unfair .. you follow by calling same people "power tripping". Not helping really.

Listen to you own advice and take a deep breath and let it go. Time is up, ban is served.

Its only a game. 

So what's the point of this part of the forum? To tell people we don't really care if an admin overbans, it happens.

You came back 15mins later asking why you were kicked, fair enough we told you the above, twice (myself and Jessica). But you kept asking the same thing over and over. We told you to stop because we needed to play. You could not hear so an admin banned you one day so TM members can focus back on playing. This is a good decision and if you can't handle it, better not to come back and play elsewhere.

Please show where I used language before you kicked me in the logs, I'm happy to be proven wrong. Yes I used an hour earlier, not before kick. If someone is telling me I team killed them 5 times and I didn't and asking for admin to kick me I'm going to reply.
I don't remember stabbing anyone but we was playing Decay and in obj room so I'm looking at covies. A guy says "knux team killed me 5 times" (untrue, check logs, happy to be proven wrong) and I'm kicked. I was team killed plenty too on this map, it happens, I wasn't complaining once.

I'm asking why I'm kicked/who and explain I didn't TK and no language was used time of kick. Told to go on forums - fine - but it's a LOT easier to know why I was kicked and then come here and say why it was wrong. Instead I get ban for a day. Jessica wasn't playing, they're on spec, don't see it as a problem to ask a question. 

But it's great TM has this admin abuse part of forum. Someone complains and the admins think they're in the right anyway. Very good

I asked on the server, discord, and now here and I'm told it's because of language. I said I hadn't used the bad language since I was warned (1 hour before my kick) so why was I kicked 1 hour later? No explanation for it.

So I've made this forum post, and still no explanation. All I have so far is I got kicked for language (instead it was because someone said I TK him 5 times which isn't true, obviously log wasn't checked). And I got banned for a "smart remark" (wtf is that?)

And lost, if you weren't on the server then what's it got to do with you?

You got several warnings for language in 1 day, even when 1 hour before. It was enough to give you a 15 minutes cool down.
- So I made a comment 1 hour before, and then 1 hour after it it was decided I should be kicked? This is why I asked why I was kicked because I couldn't understand how anything I done directly prior to my kick would mean I was kicked...

After a smart remark from you, that you can play and argu at the same time, you got a ban for 1 day.
- Wow, smart remark = 1 day ban. I have to ask WHY I was kicked so I can explain it on the forums.

First kick: 900 seconds by Flo. Reason: "Toxic"

I said twice "axis are brain dead" (I'm part of Axis, it's not aimed at someone) about 30 mins before kick. I said an hour before the word c**t. I made one team kill in the docs room on Decay and because someone said "is anyone going to do anything about knux team killing" (or something) and I was kicked without warning. He said I had team killed him 5 times which isn't true and logs would show it. Name was 1,8 or something. 
 

Second kick: 86400 seconds by Flo. Reason: "Please argue in forum"

I came back to server, ask why I'm kicked without good reason and get banned a day. Where in the rules does it state you can't ask a question in chat? If admins can't take being asked a question then mute me I guess, how's a days ban reasonable?

Would be cool if the map pool reacted to the number of players online. Not necessarily no small maps if it's 30+ online but at least less of them to give the larger/newer maps more of a chance of getting voted
