We use the same mod on our Jaymod server, it is certainly better than a standard Jaymod installation but still not great, cheaters hey! if they where not so childish we wouldn't have these problems, its only a game! I have replied to him in the scrim section, I dont think any thing was posted in the registered users sections that was abusive or disrespectful so I cant see any issue.

Regarding PB, I believe all servers should run some form of anti-cheat software be it punkbuster or other, especially when running etpro but I do understand that some people have issues with punkbuster, ideally we need to assist these people so they can run pb and get all servers running pb instead of just turning it off, that's my opinion.. We currently have a poll running regarding the running of pb on 3 of our servers, etpro will run what ever the cfg dictates. The comment from Winston about you getting bored with being beaten and not playing us again was a joke, here take a look at our official scrims and see if we got bored with being beaten then I'm sure you will realise he did not mean any offence. http://clanbase.ggl.com/claninfo.php?cid=1079711&wars=1 The lost in translation comment is aimed at a guy called Entry? talks a lot but nothing anyone can understand, from New Zealand? If you really want to practise then you really ought to use a etpro cfg that was designed specifically for scrims, try the new clanbase cfg's http://clanbase.ggl.com/laddernews.php?nid=347756 these are now pb free so all members should be able to play with these running on the server. We will adopting the new cfg's to all new scrims. On a fianl note, I am looking forward to kicking your ass on Sunday

Yeah, I will get the xmas mod on the servers soon, just downloaded the latest release for the nq server. If any one sees any xmas mod/sound packs that look/sound good then point me in the direction and we can try them.

Should we enable punkbuster on our servers?

Halloweeen mod was removed from all the servers this morning, it was ok for 2 days but it got a little annoying. I am a big fan of PB and believe none of our servers should run without but we have to do what is best for our members, has Virus said, we can have a look at this again with a hope to enabling it on all our servers and streaming live to pbbans again.

Rambo_uk and Rambos girl play on our jaymod server (48hrs each) late at night when no one else is on there, we caught up with them yesterday and given them some admin powers to move the bots around when the teams dont even up. I thought I would post just in case they are on at the same time has any members and you wonder where they got their admin from.

Errrrr! Tried to keep the spawn times the same for both because both sides either attack or defend on different maps and 5 sec spawn is pretty irrelevant, might as well enable instant spawn.

Please choose which option you prefer.

How about 23 seconds dyno?

Its 10 secs for both, with that time and dynamite time being so high it is very difficult on some maps for the allies ie fueldump to complete the objective because of the close proximity of the spawn to the objective. Get on the team death match server, instant spawn timer, no objective, first team to 100 kills wins map regardless of objective, a cross between rambo medics running to the opposing team and cool calm collective players sat waiting to ambush them when they arrive.
