Founders MrMuppet Posted May 25, 2014 Founders Report Posted May 25, 2014 As mentioned before, the chat room is not hosted by ourselves but is rented from the software developers on their servers so we have no control over any downtime occurrences that occasionally happen, I have set up a basic chat server in case this happens again so all forum members can continue to use our services, http://teammuppet.co.uk/chat/ just create an account and then you will have access. Founders MrMuppet Posted January 11, 2015 Author Founders Report Posted January 11, 2015 Bump. Down, contacted hosts and awaiting a reply, the reserve chat is still working at the above address, just add a name and login. Quote
Duro Posted January 11, 2015 Report Posted January 11, 2015 I don't know if it has something to do with it, but in generally the forums are working slow for me the last 4/5 days. Quote
Founders MrMuppet Posted January 11, 2015 Author Founders Report Posted January 11, 2015 The chat is hosted by Invision power services who create the software we use and is hosted on their servers in the US, we have no control over it, the forums are hosted on our own vps in France. Quote

Macka Posted January 12, 2015 Report Posted January 12, 2015 What can I say...sometimes I do just go to server to chat to friends. I stay in spec the whole time and /mc everyone That can be just as much fun as playing sometimes 3 Quote
Duro Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 The chat is a great outcome for me as i have weeks that i am not at home. As i can only "game" at home i am not able to attend on the server. In these times everywhere is internet and with my laptop or mobile phone i can always connect to the site. With using the chat i still keep in touch with the community in an other way then the forums. Quote
muddeh Posted January 13, 2015 Report Posted January 13, 2015 It even can be more fun then playing, Matthew Quote
