Weapon changes

Je$$ told in server that weapons were changed. Any further info about this anywhere (I could not find it - maybe im blind).

I see suggestions and discussion but no final summary. Only thanks to you I know now about panzer and dont know when can one use mortar or flamer for example.

If changes are made then I be thankful if we all could stay updated. Otherwise we have members or junior admins, who dont know what server settings are.

Thanks. Are there any limitations to flamer and mortar? Because when we were playing like 5vs5 then those were off like panzer.

no all heavy weapons have basic settings and should be available all the time accept of few maps like valhalla all heavy are blocked

Maybe it was the map then  special delivery is a right map for flamer to be banned in.
