yes we've been there already. i would go for a personal warning message to the player, explaining to him that it is true that we are befriending with AoA but we didn't join them, meaning we still have our own server and clan, and as a member you need to go on your own clan server to support it and help make it grow, witch is really important right now as we are kinda small (compared to BH for example) i understand the conflict between NQ/Pro and Jaymod, easy to solve though, keep both of them. having 2 servers is still better then having 10 of them. and on one server you can advertise for the other and otherwise, maybe the guest that joined the first (empty) server will go to the second (more filled) server to see if its more populated. also you can make one of them empty, NQ for example, and give all the members the command !maxbot to add bots if he joins it. then keep some bots on the other server, Jaymod for example, and call that the main server. (advertise on the NQ for the Jaymod, "join our main server at XXX" or something) if you do this people will look at the serverlist and see this: TM NoQuarter - 0/XX TM Jaymod - 12/XX they will see that the Jaymod has players on it and join that one instead of the empty NQ, that makes sure new guests will still go to one server and at the same time the NQ fans will have the NQ server if they feel like playing seriously. (hope its not to long/boring, just trying to help)
