Next thing is we nite some to control them, we cant not give RCON to everybody u know what i mean... I have an ide with new members if they have play over 20 hours and make over 10 K XP or some like that then we all can ask them to join then they can contact one of higher admins there can level them tryout in first plaze It will say if we see any we like then we ask them to tryout with old [T] in front nick then we admins can control them and look after when they have past time and XP

Yeah, sims and farmville, come on Donald get off of farmville and on mafis wars, it's a lot better! Perhaps a pm to all saying that if they are playing et then they need to on our servers, not all the time but they need to show support to ours more than others, if not then a removal of admin powers on servers. Regarding recruitment, perhaps we need to push more for people to join, in turn they will speak to people who they play with and come to us and so on. I like the sound of loosing_spree, 38 years old with a good attitude! Yea farmville lol sometimes its my kids there play at it :mrgreen:

Ok what do we nite.. Are talking about give some admins more power with which to manage servers? Do we nite 1-2 members to make websites and stuff? Mayby we should make one member to take care of No Q server evt? Its up to you mate is there something you wanna lets otheres take care of

Forgot to say if we have TMér at others server and not support our own i will vote for to take there levels away. Then we can take it from there if they show up after few month

My words to this is im oldschool player like Mrmuppet is and will not at this moment play any else then ET.. And take care what i do soo far. I dunno about clanwar if any want to help or take over Crop its fine with me. I will ask you guys/girls do we find a new method for new members, or do we keep our vote system like it is. Put on [T] in front nickname for tryout. I set up a poll to let members say yea/nea to let u join. Its will say u are not a member yet only on tryout. Its will run for 14 days and we tell u next from there
