Don't get caught up in the ages of your patients, or the losses in that field, remember without you those family's don't even have hope, and think about the life's you save. Just alwasy remember without you these children or people have no hope to survive.

true, but sometimes theres nothing u can to about it. And telling to their parents or family that theres no hope...its a pain. Fortunately (?) will be my boss to tell these kinda things to the family but obviously i have to be with him when hes gonna say it, still pretty hard.
