server is down again bots dont move and no xp

i also been going to other servers if i see nobody on ours, also wath i saw giving visitors (low) adminlvl (they can do listplayer/listteam/help/resetmyxp/pants/showbans) so if they play long on the server they give them adminlevels. regular change the maprotation

server is down now again fasthold_sp1 (0/24) if i try to connect i can't connect the autodownload doesn' t work

Just bought a new systeem, and installed et, everything works perfect only when i try to minimize et or if i just press alt - tab ==> than i my et crash i get this error StackHash_a629, my O/S is windows vista 32 bit. does anyone know a solution ps. but for the rest it is a good systeem fps >200
