when i am on the etpro server my ping jumps from 20 to +150 causes me to lag only the map ice

ok we (mir and me) have come up with something so that every team can play against every other team, so the winner in the match will get 1 point, who lost get 0 points A vs B C vs D A vs C B vs D A vs E B vs C A vs D B vs E C vs E D vs E so the team with the highest score at the end will win is that ok for everybody ?
