  1. Hi there,

    glad you enjoy our server and its configuration!!

    What you are talking about (time bonus and maps customization) is mapscript (basically .script file already provided in each map pk3 which we modify). Then we upload these custom mapscripts in a dedicated folder on the server and a cvar on server config points to it. So it is loaded along with the map when server starts it, instead of the original one present in the map pk3. 
     

    By the way, most of these custom mapscripts were/are done by a friend of TM, and I encourage you to contact him to ask if he agrees to share them. He is @uips. If he does agree, i can dump the whole folder and share it with you.

    Edit: Forgot to say that I havent had time to play so I dont know how script counts.. And that why ask how it is..  And I think I'm still little too busy atm so IDK for sure when I have time..

    It’s 14 players in total, so up to 7v7. And limits are per team based, meaning if less than 7v7 there can be only 1 soldier per team, whatever the weapon picked.

    we indeed check IP reputation for every new GUID connecting to our servers.

    Your starlink IP located in Berlin has many bad flags (bot activity, abuse activity, and proxified. That's why you were not allowed to connect using it.

    Anyways, we have whitelisted your GUID so you are now free to connect using any IP.

     

  4. ET is an objective-based game and most of the usual maps voted/played on our servers are not designed for the amount of players we generaly host. Hence situation where it can be iritating to lose obj and maps if players are afk 2-3sec at each respawn and blocking team. Knux plays for objective and is willing to push for it. If he's restrained from this and after many warnings/requests to move up he is not heard, then kick sounds the only alternative to unlock the situation and be able to play properly the obj.

    More generally speaking, please listen when a TM member asks you something. We are not a public service and we owe nothing to anyone. We are willing to play the game, not being teamkilled or spawnkilled or trolled or blocked by afks or whatever.

  5. Most of the maps you are guys listing there have been added at some point in the past, and are still put on from time to time. We basically check from voting system stats and history on a regular basis which maps are currently not played and we swap them with others we have in stock

  6. Don’t know what happened exactly but I see you trolling regularly Loki and this starts to bothers me. Saw you knifing teammates and have arguments with them two days ago.

    Plus Kevlar is in our community for years believe me he has better things to do than babysit trolls.

    I don’t wanna hear anymore from you in the future. Play normally, stop trolling or this won’t last long trust me. We all have better things to do than managing trolls. You’re not the first one and won’t be the last one, we have appropriate response for these.

    Just because it seems taking so long to make this desicion, I mean F0rm has played long time, so it maded intrested to see it..

    so it has been almost 3 weeks now since we added the multikiller announcer feature on our ETL1 main server (please join our discord via discord.teammuppet.com if you are not in already!!) and it's time to provide your feedbacks and ideas for improvement.

    I believe there is room for enhancement and we can tweek several items around it. 

    As a reminder, here is how it works as of today:

    • self banner message on client side + self sound message on client side
    • multikills within 1second
    • display and sound depending on amount of kills:
      • 2 = double kill
      • 3 = multi kill
      • 4 = mega kill
      • 5 = ultra kill
      • 6 = monster kill
      • 7 = ludicrous kill
      • 8 = holy shitttttt

    So far these are the main ideas I have gathered from several regular players, please do not hesitate to add to this list and give your ideas:

    • go beyond 8 kills (up to 9? 10?) with new sound and display
    • decrease banner duration --> this is not a server controled setting but a client one, you etiher have to modify the banner duration on in-game settings menu, or tweek the cg_bannerTime cvar on your config. I think by default it's 1000 (10s) but you can reduce it to 2s or whatever
    • increase kills window duration --> from 1s to 1.5s or 2s?
    • change display --> from current !!!!!MULTIKILL!!!! to remove "!!!!" or any other
    • make top tier multikills server wise announcement --> from 6+ maybe?
