i just reinstall et again and im going to play on2.55 for for cause i dont know how to do that im a totally noob on that stuff

well after i update et 2.60 to 2.60b and go play on etpro i start lags basicly all the time witch i have to quit the game and go to beginers jaymod witch the problem continuous and every time i lag my ping does to 70 to 150/170 i already install the version 2.60 again and still all the same can someone help me on this ths
