      Well after 5 weeks of inactivity to a hard work did the favour for me, lifted something heavy on my 1st day at work and here is the result :/ I'll be ok soon i think :)

      Thanks mate. It's getting better, just need to avoid hard work, which i am getting good at :D Today was some hide and seek with boss @ work, i think i won couple of rounds :D
