Depend on your graphic card, nvidia or radeon ?

Did you tried differents drivers for your graphic card ?

If you can boot into the cd, then it will test again and again, just make sure you have 0 errors.

Hmm, most of time it is due to bad ram memory, you should test it with memtest : http://www.memtest.org/
