deban please

hello everyone, i don't know if it's the good place for this topic. 

so here's my issue, i was in the map glider as allies (as you certainly know  allies are thrown in snow in the beginning of the map)  and i was lagging so much  that the server considered this as cheating (i 'm not sure about this ).

so i got banned for hacking for no reason.

can someone deban me plz cause i really like this server.

I don't see any bans on ur name specific today?

Could you give me more info, when, name, server or write to us on discord?

it happended on beginner server at 3:30 PM my name is loustik on the server too.

Why system autobans example if etkey is missing etc. I understand if it bans if it spots aimbot or wh or multihack cvars..
