Blondie is right that players who have low K/D might be the ones who co-operate the best in clan matches. There is no way to compare etpro and etpub together because etpro mod is way different than etpub. Players who might be shit in etpub can still be good in etpro since clan matches do not depend on only who get the most kills. If TM is really going to attend this cup I would seriously suggest you all to choose players wisely not because of high K/D or that someone is better. Rather choose players who listen to the leader, does not rage shit like most players and have fun.
