Can you add the flag ban to Al's shrubbot commands so he can ban "Billy2 if he comes back to the server? I know he changes his guid and ip but I need time stamped data for sky.com, ip from and to with time so they can trace for certain the user, I have already given them some details but more would be better. Sky replied and wanted more information so had to go through the server log and shrubbot cfg to gather all the info for them, replied back and just replied again because he had to connect using a sky.com ip address so sent them that with the time stamp for them to trace.

Do you have any guids or ip's stored for Whineston, Donald, Calibiri or Bomba? I have a few gathered from different shrubbot cfg's. Its time to put bans in place on all our servers for them!

We put Venice on yesterday and more people connected, we had at least 18 playing and a few specing so it didn't scare people off. This is going to stay a no download server but there is nothing wrong with occasionally playing a different map if the players on the server want this.

That was another bot, I saw it on hlsw this morning again, the bots come and go randomly when people connect, man up Ben, only two people could have done this and Whineston being the more childish out of the pair my money is on him!

http://et.trackbase.net/index.php?mod=playerinfo&idx=1840287 Still on at lunch time today, you need to tell Whineston or Donald, which ever one of these two that wrote this to the cfg that it needs to be renamed in the cfg where they did it, this can not be done via !rename.

His static ip is banned and an email sent to his isp for the abuse, he also uses some software to route him through a proxy, the first to octets of this ip have been banned via the cfg to stop him using this. I'm sure this will not stop him because he will try a different software to use another proxy but it will slow him down and he may get fed up with keep trying.

He was back again last night causing trouble, different guid and ip every time, tried to kick via client number and "no players with that number on the server", used someone else's name so I had to kick both, could not kick via hlsw unless i caught him connecting, he has some bad ass hack, enabled PB and it kicked everyone (5) off of the server! Logged a support ticket with YCN for their opinion, there is some spoof options that we can use along with PB to increase the security but other genuine players will get kicked for no reason and I dont want that to happen whilst the server is as busy as it is now. Added a few extra guids and ip addresses to the ban list.

Added maps, Braundorf final, baserace, adlernest, Caen 4 and reactor final to server, these can only be voted for when the vote map is enabled by a high admin.

Got his ip which is in the same area has Whineston but with a different host, the guid is different but that means nothing, will wait for him to go onto AoA's again and ask Rafodo for his ip and guid.

The bot name change has been done in the cfg not by the rename command, I renamed two bots to advertise the website but this does not write to the cfg, when they come back on their names are back to the original. Must have given the command to another bot then, because no one else goes on there

Yeah, GiantJim, TinyTim's mate. He kept coming back with a different ip and guid after, his original is the Dragon_pl one.

Only issue with that now is the forum restore will not work to load our forums. I'll have a look at installing the chat on the teammuppet.com one later and do the style coding to test the acidtech style.

This guy was the one that accused Derrezzed of chaeting, he came on the server today wanting to know why he had not yet been banned, looks like this guy has got it in for Derrezzed. He started to abuse Al, steel other players names and generally spoil the game, I banned him but he changes his guid and ip every time, he got bored after 6 times of coming back but I'm sure he will return, he played under the name of dragon_pl and billy, his original ip is from skymedia in England but this is adsl so other than banning every ip after the first xxx. we cant stop him. I have deleted his account here and all accounts have to be admin approved for the time being, another account has been made from Peru which I am sure is him but this will not be activated.

Yeah to annoy people into changing sides Set it to every 10 seconds to over emphasize that the teams are uneven.
