Was it two weeks ago that you where last able to play on the server or two weeks since you last actually played on it? you running vista or xp?

What firewall are you running? This issue seems to be new in the 120135 code and only on certain IS programs. When where you last able to get on the server?

Show us a screen shot because on the old monitors at work I cant viewe any of the right hand menu's but I dont think many people use that size screen any more.

You uploading via ftp to the uploads folder on teammmuppetdownloads site?

Due to the amount of server visits I have limited the xp save down to 6 months, the reason for this is that in NQ each guid has its own xpsave file, the last time I backed up the xpsave directory it held over 6500 files and though these are only tiny, when I upload these back to servers when I swap servers around this takes a long time and will not complete in one task. This as now been reduced to 2477 files. Any members that has lost xp/levels can have these restored via a server admin, if you where level 9 on everything then this can be done but once your level status has been resolved please do not ask for your total xp to be given back as this does not matter and takes time to do.

The site is back to normal now after a database issue with the hosts, the rediects to our back up site have now been removed and for those who where redirected, we are now back at our normal address.
