Yeah had a few games of it myself and it's quite good for a free game. When it is officialy released everyone shall have to get it, the servers are only ranked and the moment but I'm sure they will be availible to all hosts soon after release.

Saw a posting once over at NQ shitstorm forums where they asked if anyone used mac's but no one replied. You where obviously using a pc when I saw you on our server then?

There is an integrated forum for the home page using an E107 phpbb plugin but this is a limited forum, using a slim version of these phpbb3 forums, I was unable to restore the database from these and integrate all the postings into the new, so we either start a new forum from the home page which means when people join the home page they also join the forums but we loose all these postings or we keep the two separate, meaning they have to join both. Though they do not have to sign up to the home page they could just join here. All gmail.com addresses are banned using a wild card * command, I have just put ginous@gmail.com into the exceptions so he should be able to sign up in here now. I will look for any software updates that may allow me to integrate these forums with the E107 home page, I'll try this out on the backup site teammuppetclan mirror so that not to delete these by mistake.

Hi Rob and welcome back, the only thing I would add with your spec of computer would be /com_maxfps 125 and if you have a high internet connection increase the maxpackets to 100.

Ok, this is your starting xp for the server, for some reason your xp is not being written to the save file. Open your console and type /cl_guid Post your guid number and I'll trace yor save file through ftp and have a look.

New eCapthca plugin installed to the home page to eliminate spam, only needs to be entered when registering or logging in.

Real time chat is now availible on the home page via the Mibbit irc chat tab with multi language translation, just click the tab and enter a name to join the teammuppet irc channel.

I may look at moving this to inx-gaming with my others soon, they now do a "cheaper"basic server, same quality game server without the ts2 server, webhosting for redirectional downloading, game switching and other extra's thrown in that I all ready have and dont need again, so this is quite cheap. Not too happy with gameservers at all!

FTP login user name and password is the same just the ip is now different, 217.163.24.100. The server is showing in my browser but just had a pb issue and got kicked so looking at that now. Splatterladder has still got the server registered on the default clanservers name and is not showing under the tags yet, shall have to wait for it to be obsolete and then register it again.

I think the server is complete now, just need to find the shrubbot cfg with the up to date admin levels on.

Yes, on et default port 27960, still not completed the uploads yet but hopefuly will have in done by tonight.

Due to spam issues all postings in the registered users sections will have to be approved by a moderator before being posted to the board, this does not effect postings in any other sections.

Also, all registered user's will now have to have their posts approved by a moderator, so check your mcp for posts awaiting approval, there you can approve or delete the post and the user. The forums are still read only for unregistered user's and this dont effect any other members levels posting in any forum.

I have added to you moderator control panel (mcp at the top of your screen) the permission to ban user's by various methods, I tend to ban via ip after I have checked where it is from.

The server is back up on a new machine on the ip 217.163.24.100 but this is just a basic et installation, all mods, maps and other files have got to be uploaded and configured before NQ will be running. I will try and get this done on Sunday.

These are done by people, the registration settings required before posting is to activate the account via return email, this stops bots from spamming, I have just deleted another 12 accounts that have been registered by bots but not activated so they could not post. I could go back to account activation by admin only but then stops new members joining and posting without my permission. All gmail.com email addresses are now banned along with a few other domains I had previously banned.

Reply from host - The machine you are on has suffered a critical failure. We are working to restore service, but it may not be for 24-48 hours.

Still waiting to hear back from the host from this morning, the last time it would not restart from the control panel they said it was the hosting computer so I'll wait and see what they say this time.
