Spy, I noticed about 4 players, regular and good players , that stay on 0.0. No issue with other players ( also new players build up their SR )

Most people get SR ( Accept MissRamstein, but probably no EtKey ) I know this because I set levels every day, based on SR and / or the number of times I see people play.
