Frezzh Posted January 16, 2014 Report Posted January 16, 2014 since a half year i cant use my headphones anymoreMy pc says it doesn't know the device [uSB port]I'll get an error 40 i tried googeling but didn't find the solution yet or i did something wrong.Does somebody knows how i can fix this problem because i would like to get on TS once again.. Slarty Posted January 16, 2014 Report Posted January 16, 2014 Error code 40: Windows cannot access this hardware because its service key information in the registry is missing or recorded incorrectly. Try uninstalling it, and install again. If that doesn't help, try to connect it to an usb-hub with external power. Quote
