Frezzh Posted January 16, 2014 Report Share Posted January 16, 2014 since a half year i cant use my headphones anymoreMy pc says it doesn't know the device [uSB port]I'll get an error 40 i tried googeling but didn't find the solution yet or i did something wrong.Does somebody knows how i can fix this problem because i would like to get on TS once again.. Slarty Posted January 16, 2014 Report Share Posted January 16, 2014 Error code 40: Windows cannot access this hardware because its service key information in the registry is missing or recorded incorrectly. Andy Posted January 16, 2014 Report Share Posted January 16, 2014 Let's start with the OS you are using and exact model of your headphones and how old are they? - Have you tried using them on different usb port? - Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing headset driver?
