Charlie Posted August 26, 2014 Report Share Posted August 26, 2014 I know this is game related and stuff but google isn't helping me out. Since about a week ago my mouse has been going mad. At random times it locks scrolling up, so I can't scroll down any web pages, and my very top left desktop icon is highlighted like it's been clicked. Whenever I click something else it opens up the other highlighted icon. At first I thought it was my mouse breaking, so I disconnected it and my touchpad was fine. Then my touchpad did the same thing. The horizontal and vertical scroll stopped working, as well as tapping it to click. What is really weird is when I open a full screen game, like ET, the mouse and touchpad work perfectly fine again. When I minimise the game it's back to working fine too. About 2 months ago I got a bad trojan, and got a popup demanding money to get rid of it Maybe I didn't wipe it like I thought. Apart from java, skype, teamspeak and abobe reader updates/redownloads I haven't downloaded anything since that last trojan. Dam horses. Unless streaming youtube songs count heh. Looked it up and I have "Trojan Reveton". Figures it would pop up today just as I've asked about it here. Charlie Posted August 27, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 27, 2014 Yeah I already had spybot and malwarebytes, ran a scan with malwarebytes but it found nothing bad. Messed around in safe mode and deleted stuff that google said was bad. Used something called Hitman Pro that's meant to pick-up this kinda virus but that found nothing either heh. I'll see if my deleted stuff makes it stop, if not I'll just do a system restore to a few months back. @ Eagle: Stopping streaming dirty porn is out of the question Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
