Chrome is basically disabling some old form of plugins support. Thing is I just tested this website with Chrome, and I did not get that popup. So there are more then one variants why that is, but one you should check Charlie, is that your PC has a virus and is adding content to the website, for example advertisements - maybe they don't even need to be visible to generate money.1 point
