Don't know your story or how you act in our servers but if I make my decision by your reply you should be in our clan. We have a few people who have been rejected in first time but the second time they have get in. I think you have been AFK wrong time and thats why people think you spec all the time.

I don't have any problems with spawnkilling. I don't do it but I also dont mind it if someone kill me at spawn. Its part of ETPro. One thing I don't like is if people throw artys on the roof next to our spawn in GR.

Next time when you get stuck ask your team mate to come push you out of map. If you can't get anyone there or you see enemys, selfkill fast. You don't wanna give free kills, right? And what about that !throwa command it is really weird you have that but not !throw command. It should be you have !throw but not !throwa.

It should work fine. Most of trickjumpers use Fraps when they record videos. Camtasia studio is good too.
