Nothing was said it was mandatory heh. Think of it like an event week per month or something? Advertising as usual, a poster for the week, spam on the server by admins who should be muted for it heh, you get the idea. Events are optional and fun when everyone gets together. I seem to remember Silent getting a stream of new players for about a month after an event there. If people get together for 1 or 2 days on a random main server it'll be fun

Yeah the server was greatly improved today, although capuzzo lagged like a bitch again but that was just 1 map I can think of. Loads were online and it's a big map so maybes that's why.

Yeah I know a lag free server is impossible heh, just meant this was noticeable lag - not severe or game breaking anything, and the guy was worried if it was the norm. I told him that we were having issues with the hosts

When people complained I looked at the pings in the tab screen but nothing really jumped out to say anything. I can't explain it lol. My lagometer was in the yellow a lot on some maps but my ping didn't top 100 much. And before someone says ... no ... I had no porn going lol.

Yeah it's can become a laggy server. People complain about it quite a bit when I was on. Had a brand new guy to the server/game appear unimpressed at the lag and I think they thought it was the norm

EDIT: @ Mr. It lagged on most of the maps not just them select few. I remember Bremen getting a lot of complaints - people even going as far to say the server is shutting down (joking ofc).

Well as for suggestions:

1. Increase pistol damage slightly, just a tad.

2. Is it possible to blind the seekers or delay their spawn for 15 seconds or something to give hiders a chance to hide?

PS. Gibbing should be allowed Make the hiders actually hide and value their time alive and not just jump around like a looney

I gotta say though I found it frustrating trying to seek people sometimes. I cried when I saw people who move and shoot 10x better than me not even able to catch or kill people. Someone ran circles around 3 of us for about 2 minutes without getting low hp for example. It certainly felt harder to seek this time around.

Is there a command I can use to where I won't download another clans stupid main menus when I join other servers? IE to avoid downloading them completely. Sick of searching for ours in the server list.

I've not been on Pub's new server but I get a stable 90-100 ping on the old one, and a stable 40-60 ping on Nitmod. It's weird. I need to visit the server huh.

Try cleaning the shit out the fan area if your laptop/computer isn't new, or like Bartman said get an external fan/cooling pad and no-life the game for a bit and see if it's better.

In my old game people always used to say to check for driver updates too. Maybe that's applicable here

Just speaking from experience when my laptop would start to seem to struggle with gaming kinda thing.
