Another "lets get together on etpro and make something it" post/thread? I've seen 4 of these in my 18 month TM life, one being a mass TM push to actually make a scrim team. I personally find Pro very dull, and I learn nothing from it except how to grit my teeth to play obj against superior medics who have pro experience. After 3-4 maps it's just ugh, let me chat and have a laugh with people instead

I've found my aim to improve on slow shoot servers of any mod, bar the mess pub is with explosives.

I can remember when Mini told me that wasn't how TM does things when I let uneven numbered teams slide on Jaymod cos of the even match it was, followed by a stern telling off to re-evaluate my TM status when I disagreed. If I wasn't 20 years younger I'd think it was hot lol 

End of the day everyone in TM has a responsibility to keep the server is order when they are online. Members that refuse to shouldn't be in TM or have levels reduced or whatever. What's the point of listing it in the rules during an application if we let people ignore it. Obviously it's not always that simple due to burn out after swapping 50 thousand times or the skill gap, but there's more than 1 TM online usually
