For linux: Try this from a terminal: ifconfigYour MAC address is the one after HWaddr. If it is 00:00:00:00:00:00 I think something is wrong with either the hardware or the driver. If you somehow erased your MAC-address from the network settings you can get it back by writing this in the terminal: sudo lshw > lshw.txt write password when prompted for it this takes approximately 20 seconds. gedit lshw.txt Now you are looking at a list of all your hardware. But we only want the networking specs. Do a search for "network". A couple of lines under that line, there should be a line like this: serial: 01:21:ee:de:01:11Only your numbers will be different. This is the MAC-address. Copy that address, and paste it into the network settings. Then you should have restored your original MAC-address. for windows users: 1. click on start and type cmd (or run command promt as Administrator) 2. type command: ipconfig /all 3. try to search for line with name of your network device (should be smt like Intel® 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection and etc) and look at Physical Address (MAC) ... it must be smt like 6C-11-14-E2-BC-D8 (simply different then 00-00-00-00-00-00) 4. if you see that your MAC (physical address) is filled by zeros, try to update your network drivers (or chipset drivers). 5. if your MAC is correct and you still have problem in game, be sure that you not using any type of proxy! 6. if your problems persist, ask us, we can help you with specific SW that allowing to change your MAC ...and also try to check your et/etpub version (should be 2.6b) - i remember that old client was quite bugy sometimes...

ok mate, try this: 1. be sure that you using latest network driver and your OS is up-to-date 2. also check, if your PC is clean (spy/malware, etc) 3. turn off ALL p2p clients, skype, and other services that using net (check it with taskmanager for example) 4. try to clear your cache on your home router and also consider to upgrade it to latest firmware (also restart it) 5. try to double check tracetoute to (for example etpub.teammuppet.com) and look at rows with highest responses (in ms) 6. try speedtest.net and also try to download huge ammount of data - just to be sure that here isnt hw problem based on load 7. also good idea is to use simple ping on the separate window and check WHEN your pings will be high (depends on what you are doing) ...also feel free to let me know and we can check this things via teamviewer together...

btw. its good to use md5sum and have it noted in different file, but also, try to consider to send your etkey via email to yourself just for backup (ofc if you have normal hosted email) ... And also, its better to set flag "read only" onto your etkey file ... just my 2 cents

ok, here must be problems in pk3 packs .. try to look into console log and you will see info about missing files ... also here is possibility, that some shaders in pk3 are quite wrong .. sorry dunno details, share your download links and i will try to check it but first, try to look into console log

yeah, and also it could be memory problem ... important steps: 1. try to run fkdsk as Minty described before 2. also check your pc - connectors and etc and do what ailmanki told you (clean dust) 3. check windows logs (errors and etc BEFORE BSOD) 4. turn on BSOD dump file and check this dump (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html) 5. describe more details about BSOD (what is EXCACTLY described on BSOD) - try to create screenshot (with mobile phone for example) also give to us some details, when BSOD appears ... (for example after USB stick was plugged in and etc)...
