Official part Despite your reaction above I would still prefer to consider you as an adult and accountable person, with the appropriate respect. Would also ask you for the same. The main cause for this thread was a discrepancy between rules here and at the game server (regarding push rule). Jessica's reply made clear that not all admins are aware of that. My response to Jessica's post should be considered as solving the issue. We could have it closed at that point, but... unfortunately, Meanmachine, you decided to escalate it further. I was not looking for confrontation, so why do you still trying to go that route? For what reason? Instead of providing your point in a civilized respectful way you decided to treat and insult me here as well, unprovoked, calling that "mature" conversation. Well, your reply showed that you demanded comprehensive and really mature response, so here we go. I do my best to fulfil your expectations as requested. Let's have a closer look at what you wrote above. Well, this is a clear treat. Everyone has to follow same rules in the same way, right? How does this treat have to do with the topic I described above? Is treating someone with "special attention" your very "last resort" argument? Do you just trying to get some credits for future revenge actions against me online? Or maybe this shall tell others not to complain against your misbehave because you will "keep an eye on them" afterwards? This was very self disqualifying response from you. Please read my previous post about missing shoving rule in online ruleset carefully. "Trolling" and "you enjoyed it" is your free and absolutely erroneous fantasy. Pushing someone once at the end of the round is not trolling. Your reaction to this is inadequate. If someone was offended by that - I'm sorry about that. Wasn't my intention at all. And the issue could be easily solved with a simple message in chat. "run away like a coward" - again, your free and wrong interpretation containing insulting language. The player you !warn'ed for "not giving ammo" was not one of IL guys. Therefore, you whole explanation has miserably failed at this point! Server admins can verify that in logs. I have a strong feeling that you getting overwhelmed with what's going very fast on and acting inadequate by randomly issuing admin commands against players around you without clearly understanding what you are doing and for what reason. The "best" part of your post above . It could be an evidence for a possible internal conflict inside your mind between reality and your imaginary perfect game world, which you are trying to enforce by abusing admin commands. But the reality is other: one's gameplay may or may nor be team oriented. And there is no rule enforcing players to give ammo/health packs. Such rule would make no sence for many reasons anyway. You can ASK for ammo/med packs. And if you don't get it - accept it because you cannot "legally" enforce others to do so. !warn'ing people because you haven't got ammo you've requested is childish and definitely an abuse of admin commands. My hint to you: ask server admins to provide you !give command so you can !give yourself ammo and health packs anytime without harassing other players. Neither nice nor constructive. And again - very childish. I have tried my best to explain the reasons for complaint and my point of view. I have also shown that I'm looking for clarifying and deescalating the issue. I explicitly displayed my respect and good will to not harm you. And you throwing the "that's your problem, deal with it" tantrum on me instead. You acting here like an offended teenager, being arrogant, treating, insulting and demonstrating clear disrespect. That public behaviour shows your lack of personal anger management and fairly questionable ability for solving issues within group of people - especially given your admin privileges on game server. What comes next? Throwing yourself onto the floor, rolling around screaming and crying? You are making heavy accusations here. Not sure you understand what you are talking about. Generally - see my reply to "your problem - deal with it" above. I don't really know what YOUR problem is, but please calm down! We are still in game context. People are here to have fun. You are exploding from 0 to 100 in no time and going berserk on someone you dont even know! In conjunction with your admin privileges this becoming a heavy fun killing factor on server. You hate me just because I disagree with your single decision and explained my reasons here in public? You calling my arguments "crap" just because you don't like them or disagree with them? You insulted me on server and here because you feel your authority being questioned? Seriously, get some help. I'm here not to harass you nor I want to be harassed. This is the second treat within a single post. Your trolling interpretation is fairly wide and missing the reality. This, combined with you behaviour (insulting, treating and escalating) looks for me like if you had some issues and needed help. I am not a troll. And I can't explain your aggressive behaviour towards me considering your age. Your repeated insults and treats with admin actions just because I showed and reasonable explained disagreement with you? And after I explicitly stated, that I look for clarification - you still look for anger. After all, I don't understand what triggered such massive aggression against me. Anyway, having problems in real life, reflecting these into online world won't help to solve them. Get help, I you need. Please. Everyone can make a mistake, like myself acting based on wrong ruleset, making someone upset or you assuming me being a troll and going personal against me. Hello, A little introduction. I’m Rick from The Netherlands. It’s nice to meet you all. I have been playing W:ET for many years back in the days. My past names are Batsbeugel, Fox, Maverick and nowadays ReturnTheSlab. I’m 32 years old. It’s unique, awesome and sometimes even emotional to see a few communities and clan’s are still up and running and because of that I still see old players everywhere. You will see my once a while in TM Beginners and sometimes on TWC ETJump which is my spirit since the beginning. I’d love to Trickjump and have been doing that for years. Only kick? So there isnt setted anykind of timed ban than that 5min which kick usually gives.. I mean like if 2nd time in row do that rule breaking after coming back then 2 hours and if continuing break rules then day and if still doing then week.. Just thinkin..

Good suggestions. I think flo can add spawnprotection againts heavy weapons. it have automatic warn system: 3 warns and then comes kick. time incrases when gaining more warnings. About map. I always have been wondering how someone play orginal maps from day to day 😁 adding custom map needs to be voted with others players imo

Hi everyone, bringing to forum a few suggestions from players of Original maps server. Many of us play this server for "long" time(2+ years), in this time to be honest i dont remember any change has been done in config (pls correct me if im wrong).. So now, after i was promoted to admin, players see me as someone who can address the bosses directly here we go: 1. they asked me if there's a chance to better protect spawn area. not sure what exactly is this maybe to protect it against mortar shots from above i was told to ask for same config as you have on main server (not sure what is this since i only play orignia). Im very sure allies mortar can hit axis spawn area in goldrush and oasis as well. 2. heavy weapon protection in general in spawn area.. so if some crazy panza come into spawn and start massacring there (i remember panza and skilled medic came into spawn, and medic killed&revived panza upon opposite team spawn time so players were unable to kill him since the one was under revive-time protection) .. 3. we miss more voting options.. like next/previous map, next campaign, .. 4.. Im very aware server is being called ORIGINAL MAPS.. but... if possible... we would like to have maybe one additional map, maybe we can vote for it on forum and rotate it idk maybe every 2 weeks... Evercore didn't like it (maybe we should ask him) ??? Your behavior is called trolling, meaning you deliberately annoy people during the game and run away like a coward. It wasn't for fun...You enjoyed it, which is why you received a warning. Regarding farming ammo or health packs, if you don't do this, other players will have no ammo or health and won't be able to continue their activities, resulting in the entire team losing. The same thing happened in the situation you're reporting here: other players were dissatisfied and voted to kick a player from the iL clan for not farming ammo - that's why I issued a warning. If you don't understand this, that's your problem, and you'll have to deal with it. You're trying to be polite and calm now, but I see who you are and what you're doing. No mature person will believe the crap you're trying to pull here. As I already told you on the server after your trolling, if I see you deliberately ruining other players' fun again, we'll take more serious action.

Liberty, pushing is indeed not allowed. I don't know which rules you read, but you can type !Rules in game to see all rules in our server. There is even a !Rules push command

Good Evening! Sadly, I didnt think I would do my first post in this section I have already seen player with nickname Meanmachine abusing !warn command for his convenience. Recently, that happened today at approx. 15:50 CET at TM EtLegacy server. He issued a !warn command on me because I pushed someone. Sorry, no screenshots or videos here, but you surely can get infos from server logs. I checked the rules and there was no rule against pushing. After I asked him if he inventing new rules or just being pissed off by something he responded with a insult calling me "little troll" and that "we dont like people like you here". He wrote he already seen me pushing others earlier... Exact conversation can be found in server logs, sorry again - no screenshots. Yes, I have pushed someone once today, it was 20 seconds before round was over. Didn't changed nothing and was for fun. AFAIK, that wasn't violation of any of your rules. Earlier, approx. 2-3 weeks ago I have seen same player Meanmachine !warn'ed someone (not me) for "not giving ammo". If you have older server logs or admin logs you will surely find that occurence. The purpose of this post is not to get someone punished for what I see as admin command abuse but to clarify how far can one with admin privileges abuse them for freely interpreted rules. And for player Meanmachine - dude, take a breath before using admin tools against others online. We are here to have fun, its just a game. Don't get me wrong - let's take this issue as reminder for that. Everyone can have a bad day, real life is tuff sometimes. Last but not least - most of us are playing, joking, doing other stupid things for fun, and we do expect the same from others. Would love to keep it nice, chill and friendly and see you in game.

Yep! That was the level Beginners had some months ago, then some of our usual players didn't come back, or we could see them from time to time... Maybe they are coming back since some spawncampers have been banned... I hope the server will keep this number of players now

And.......... whilst the opinion of TM is greatly important to TM.......... It certainly isn't for people who enjoy playing with me on your server, of which it seems there's many and there's been a good number of people I've spoken to since this who agree that you don't run your server properly. You run it with ego and grandeur whilst simultaneously failing to uphold basic fairness and equal treatment. like some sort of weird fascist cult and considering it's a game It's completely unnecessary and ruins it for the community, We'll see what happens. I'd pay good money to see this game preserved from wankers like you. even your little profile image... might as well scream "smug cunt" from the rooftops....

I think the server would indeed be better off without a player like you. Your wish will be granted, and you will be banned.
