is there any other way to balance the teams when a admin is on server besides changing players cause i try to help the loosing team if im on the strongest and auto balnce put me back

Ask someone not so advanced in this game on losing side if he/she can swap places with you.

But is has to happen within 30 sec, or the server switches the player that last joined the team with to much players

I think he refers to situation where there is equal amount of players or +1 where he joins. Sometimes people wanna swap places, sometimes they dont.

only way to balance team with out this is for people to move team, this doesn't happen.
