ET 2.60b linux-i386 May 8 2006 Forgive my question but did you install 2.60 before 2.60b? your Jaymod server is running ET 3.00 - TB 0.7.1 linux-i386 so will allow all versions of ET to connect, 2.55, 2.60 etc The server is hosted by Schnoog on the Hetzner network, I'm not sure what control panel that Splatterladder users for its server hosting, if possible from the panel install the ET3.00 version, if this cant be done and you have file access then you can possible install this manually (I can tell you exactly what to do) if the file type is permitted, if not then ask Schnoog to install this for you. Both our Baserace only and Sniper only servers run the same version of Nitmod as yours on ET3.00 so if you have no issues there that it is definitely the 2.60b version you are running. Regarding the Admin cfg, is this placed in the Nitmod directory inside the .etwolf directory and not in the root Nitmod directory?

What the ip address of the Nitmod server and is it currently running? I have not been back on your site this week but I will check later.

Hi mate, The server must be running 2.60b and yourself a lesser version, the "couldn't load an official pak file" is the server has pak.1, pak.2 and mp_ files installed, these can not be downloaded via fast downloads. Ideally the server side needs to run ET3.00 "renamed to the same as your current executable" and then the mentioned official files need deleting for the etmain directory so only pak.0 is left, this will allow all versions of ET to connect without official pack issues and also provide better server side security, or update to 2.60b yourself. I am at work at the moment so I can show you the file structure mentioned but I'm sure one of the other guys can do this for you. You say you have an admin level but cant test, not quite sure what you mean, let us know what you have set in your database and we can advise from there. Regards.

If you have updated to windows 10 then your r_primitives will need resetting due to the new graphic drivers.

Hello and welcome. The attachment privilege to pm's has been granted. The gallery is set for higher members only, members upload pictures that they may not wish to be seen in the public domain so this permission will not be granted. The pm limit restrictions to registered uses is now being discussed and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

There seems to be an issue with the IPboard skin (white) which prevents certain topics from being displayed and after further investigation, the whole of the home page, I have know removed this from the skin options until the issues can be found and rectified. Anyone suffering from issues with any of the varied skins then please report this and use the default Carbon Blue skin, this is the one that the forums have been designed around for the past several years. Thanks to Hellreturn for highlighting this issue.

That's because not all the servers are called TeamMuppet, I think that's what Ailmanki's link is showing but TB is down again, originally I thought it would have been 'too much' if people saw one long list of TM servers in their browsers so some where just called other things;

Did you sign a team up for this? saw a VenoM32 on the team sign ups.

Yes, I found it, we did have an event; http://teammuppet.eu/home/index.php?/topic/13475-teammuppet-domination-event/ I'm guilty of the "lazy ass search syndrome function"

Looking at the screen shots of previous events, the Infected and the hide and seek events have been the most popular. Did we ever play the domination mod as an event?

This may come as no surprise to a few but, it is finally time for Rachael and me to hang up our dog tags. We have given many years of hard work to this community but over the last few months this had been something that we no longer enjoy, playing or even being on the server is now a chore and no longer a hobby. Time is precious and we are no longer willing to continue to contribute the shear amount of time that is needed to fulfil all the roles that we have, running the servers, managing the sites and being active on the server, the members are the heart of the community but the server is the energy source that keeps that heart alive, if we neglect the server then the community will die! We have always put the community’s interests first above our personal interests and gains, delegating duties to many others to create a community that is for the members in which the majority of members have their say in how it is run. I have never accepted donations for the communities services since the beginning, it has been my philosophy that all I ask from the members is activity, any help beyond that as always been a bonus so having such a great team behind us has made the journey to where the community is today such a pleasure, for that, I wish to thank you all. We have a great community of members but I think there is a need for a new leadership to improve on the way in which the community is lead and to take it to the next level. The decision to pass on the community leadership has been a difficult one but the new leaders needed to be experienced in game servers, experienced in running communities, active on the server and willing to finance the game servers as I will no longer be active managing the servers. Only two admins met the criteria that was required and I contacted both of them for their opinions, it is a pleasure to say that Ailmanki and Smire are willing to continue the community in its present form, from tomorrow I will hand over the game servers to those two and I will no longer be in control of the servers, I will continue to finance and manage the forums in their present format but we will no longer contribute in community affairs such has promotions, demotions, polls etc., we will administrate but no longer lead. It has been a pleasure to have built up such a community over the past twelve years and it is something that we are very proud of, long may it continue for another twelve. Again, thank you all for your work in the past and hopefully in the future to continue with the TeamMuppet values of fun, firm but fair. Thank you all. Craig and Rachael.
