The old server however is still there and it's not redirecting me to the new server. So once again, I'm not sure if it's a problem on my side, but I thought it was worth mentioning. You must be running 2.55 has full servers should not show in the 2.60 server browser, I have tested it again today and the server shows in the browser and redirects to the new server; When connecting to the ip address of 109.70.149.28:27960 - I have removed the server from the 2.55 browser.
