Nanaa Posted March 7, 2023 Report Share Posted March 7, 2023 (edited) Hazz made a fix for the bug where tank has 0 hp and it doesn't move but engine is running and it can't be repaired. However, because the bug is so hard to reproduce there is no 100% proof yet that this actually fixes the bug. I suggest that you install this to Goldrush_GA and we'll see if it ever happens again on that map the next - let's say 2 years The fix is simply moving one line of code to another spot: https://github.com/ET-Legacy-Competitive/Legacy-Competition-League-Configs/pull/32 Why the bug happens? The theory is that tank gets damaged and starts moving at the same frame. And the manual fix is to step away from the tank until the tank proceeds to the damaged state (model changes). As far as I could tell the script additions were on the server on the goldrush GA map script, they were just like 8 lines lower down than github stated. I figure these code monkeys are very specific about where things go so I moved said line up the script. If the script works, bow down to me. If it deletes all TM data blame Nanaa.
