Server is now updated. Should not give false gamehack alerts. Did also give it to me when joined earlier. Inforerces contacted me after hes ban so reminded him about rules and respecting our members. Hes unbanned today. Let me know if he still causes problems. If there is doubts about cheating, we need demo from it.2 points

Modified on OM server: - server snaps from 20 to 40 - geoIP = 1 - rate from 25-45k to 90k - cl_maxpackets range between 100 and 125 - voting percent from 60% to 50% - allowing nextmap vote option - externalized some scripts outside gameserver to reduce lags1 point
