So is your issue the topics of conversation or that they were having a conversation in general? The topics are whatever but I agree it does get annoying if some people in your team are in fact not playing and put your team at a disadvantage.

Scrims generally improve your gameplay as a whole because you're facing people around your own skill level so it's natural your aim also gets better. On ETL1 the usual 20v20s are big clusterfucks, you get killed by random nades and 3v1s half the time so it's not really an ideal place to practice. That said, the 45% accuracy comes with a ton of practice. And to answer your question: they crouch so it's harder for you to kill them.

So basically you'll be an independent contractor? Google returns quite a few templates for "independent contractor agreement" if that's what you need.

Some pointers: - Goldrush: Axis first spawn, isn't it classified as capturable spawn so only mortar isn't allowed? - Italy: axis first spawn has 2 exits so in my opinion blue should be allowed. - Supply: mortar happens all the time at the front yard exits where you've marked it forbidden since it's not "actually" the exit. I agree with your view though. - Oasis: Axis 2nd spawn, allies get warned all the time for nading inside the arc. So I guess it's allowed now?

Experienced the same thing as J before, hence why I have 1 prestige on the server. I also find it super frustrating to level up afterwards so these days I just try not to level up every class to avoid prestige points all together. 0k/0d bug can be fixed by restarting the ETL client. Atleast for me that fixes it every time.

I love the chaos of 40ppl in small maps but I guess a similar server with less slots would serve people who don't share my views and prefer smaller numbers. Don't really see the issue of adding bigger maps as well, after all it is up to the players to choose.

Make sure to go through my earlier message again, I added some comments at the same time you responded. Also reinstalling the game should take only 5 minutes as you can recover your settings using the etconfig you posted. When it comes to your config, I see no issues. Looks like any other config I've ever seen. So I think the problem is not in ET but in your Windows settings. Check my earlier post for suggestions/questions. Also totally irrelevant to the problems but you might want to use maxfps 76. It's better than 85 which sounds illogical but that's how the game works.

Have you tried reinstalling the whole game from scratch? Your issues are not something that default settings should bring (i.e. they don't use mouse3-5 for anything) Which mouse do you use and does it have any software installed on your computer? You can bind mouse buttons using external software as well so it can also be related to that. For example mouse3 could be bound to ctrl, so the game would understand any mouse3 stroke as ctrl. This can also be achieved using a variety of different programs, not necessarily related to your mouse. I would check that. Does the problem only happen with mousebuttons 3-5? Does the same thing happen if you bind weaponbank4 to mouse1 and press it together with WSAD or however the problem occurs? You can also try binding a different key to the scores-popup and see if the problem still exists. Also instead of GUI, you could try placing your binds in a config file to see if it makes a difference. Here's what you config should look like (can just be these 3 lines): bind mouse3 "weaponbank 4" bind mouse4 "weaponbank 5" bind mouse5 "weaponbank 6" You also could try typing /unbindall in console and then resetting your controls back to default. Should take care of any funny binds you might have. E: Added some comments.

Out of curiosity, how does the lua control it?

Earlier I was wondering why there's no nextmap vote on ETL1 but this might be the reason. Makes sense to have it disabled with the voting system in place.

/unbind mouse3 /unbind mouse4 /unbind mouse5 If you're using a config file, you could just delete those binds from it or bind those keys to something else. Seems like a superweird bind to have on your mousebuttons but each to their own I guess.
