  1. I think it’s a good idea. I do consider fullfiling the objective in a sneaky approach as fully part of this game’s nature. That’s one of the covops class main mission.
  2. Very good idea, we indeed need to do something to help to push for new maps to be played - the more we will play them, the more they will be accepted by players in regular rotation

  4. This map is present on ETL2 server. Imo too small for ETL1.
  5. I don't know for maxpackets. But on my side I've had the necessity to set rate at 45000 otherwise I had some rendering issue with players when they are a lot in a small area, there were like some clashes with positions, making enemies and myself teleport, i.e not fluent moves anymore
  6. He actually came back few minutes after the moment his game crashed. I kicked him after few minutes specing and recording, he made some ridiculous blind headshots killing sprees behind smoke...
  7. and we also learnt that you can never totally hide nor escape from transi!! he's the scream devil himself and will always find you (damn I was so godly hidden in that roof on supply depot mate )

  13. We were many having the same issue, especially on yesterday. Topic has been discussed live on discord and some were highlighting that it may come from "rate" setting. After modification (from 25000 - 45000 to 35000 - 45000) by Mini on the server yesterday before Venice map, all went well and smooth after the change, even on full map. Let's hope it's definitively fixed!
  14. It can also be linked to computer's temperature. I had ping and FPS lags with my old laptop on ET after 30-45mins of playing due to comp overheating. Maybe you can check this? There are plenty of temperature monitoring software everywhere to check. It can also be due to a display misconfiguration (refresh rate not aligned between desktop conf and game conf)

  18. Very good idea! I do support this initiative Furthermore, the 5 players/team threshold is correct for ETL2 because with bots teams are always composed of 4 (incl. bots) so it would only unlock panz when server is populated by minimum 10 human players!

Yes I think it does because the only remarks we've got about this map from players on ETL2 is the fact that there's no advanced spawnpoint, so it's annoying for allies to always start attack from helicopter. Thus, this version should be more balanced. I played it yesterday on ETL1 and althought the map setup is the same, the textures are different - buildings and roads are much more "clearer"

  21. I still have the issue, and now it's permanent. By the way, I just found a way to overpass it, by using a VPN software. It changes the routing path and do not go through this laggy IP address anymore and I get back my normal ping. Just tried with a random VPN software, which is free for 5 days, and see the results: Now I'll try to find a good VPN service, maybe NordVPN? Will see. Hope it helps other frenchies around
