When I studied English Language we learned about origins, uses and other things to do with swear words. Each one had a star rating, with this one being the only 5* swear word in the english language How quickly the syllables are said (the "cu" at the start and the quick "t" ending) make it not a pleasant word with how the brain processes information. Like Eagle said, run a tracert to find where you're connection is being bad. It might be outside your house or a hub down the road, nothing you can personally fix other than calling your provider. Start -> search cmd and run as admin -> type tracert nd.teammuppet.com -> post results. If you're using wi-fi, are there any other wireless connections near your router/laptop? If they use same channel it can conflict. Cordless phones, TV etc

Yup just double checked, nothing called punkbuster in that location.

Have hidden folders showing but there's no punkbuster at that location. I have Win7 if it matters. With all my etkey changing one thing has stayed the same - my levels and xp on every other server I've played except pub

I deleted all my etkeys from etmain and put in the one Mr sent me. No xp and no level. Retried my other saved key which eagle just give me level back for, and it's got no level or xp again. I'm running my minimiser in admin, ET in admin, have PB on ... I giveup. Stupid game lol.
