The info on that website is a little too low. I think it may fit, but "vdimm" is what concerns me. Also there is not said if those are non-ECC, un-buffered memory, which is important to know. Otherwise Corsair is a well known product and has a high quality memory parts, just to mention. Btw what power supply you have? That might need upgrading too if it is somewhat less than 400 watts or so.

And if you get the max 8 GB, buy 2x 4GB sticks, so you can install it as dual-channel (works better), or 4 x 2 GB Sticks, which ever is cheaper. Just look how it is installed now and put the sticks on same slots. I bet your lag is because of low memory, if you have programs running on background...well you get the point

Depends what kind of games you want to play. That card should be more than enough for ET and some older games, like cod, cs etc. About the memory, would really need exact model of the motherboard, so you could google it and find the specs: how much memory it can handle and also what type of memory. I think ddr3 is not an option here, but you propably will need to get ddr2, just the speed is important then also.

RAM 2.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (6-6-6-18) That is just way too little amount of memory. If possible get atleast 4 GB minimum as total and i think your pc is quite enough after that.

The device manager says all is updated no matter how old drivers you have Dont use that, but go to manufacturers site, search for the product and see if there is new drivers available. Check your gfx card what catalyst/driver version it has. Opening microphone might help you on that matter!

If you have bsod, just reinstall windows, at some point that comes haunting you if you manage to fix it temporary.

Good that you got it solved. I dont know if this still applies, but atleast on older Logitech drivers, those made your mouse lag too, helped when uninstalling driver(s) and not using the LT software at all.

Smirre has installed nq once, modified the whole config and stuff and that was the last time he will do it! But hopefully you got your answer from the real guru

you have a cfg? If you do, i'd suggest to delete etpub folder (save cfg's and so before). Had the same issue and it fixed by deleting folder.

Yeah the /!userinfo [pid] or [name] should work for members lvl 7+, the lua was disabled for a while, but Micha fixed it abit and it is now back on. This is a silent command, so none else but you can see it, so please use this rather than typing !userinfo on console, so that everyone can see it. About screenshot, just type /autoscreenshot or /screenshotjpeg (can add name here after e.x. /screenshotjpeg smirre) on console and you shouldn't fail, should also work with F11 by default. Now that we are here, all should read this topic over again, seen again half of the server going spec and talking about a suspected player. It needs only 1 to record and post!
