It's Infected mod :o There's one person who becomes the zombie or infected and the rest of the players must run from this infected person. The humans can either hide from the infected or band together and gun them down ! If you die by an infected player, you become one! An infected only has a knife (which can also be thrown once or twice I think) and also has infinite stamina. Go hunt.
