  1. Defending garage door from inside would make sense if you could build it from inside also. Now when allies manage to destroy and build cp, which is not superhard with med+covie+engi as axis have 16s spawntime anyway, then axis stand no chance of defending backdoor. They have to go out from teamdoor to attack cp to take it back or to defuse dyna from backdoor. We all know how close to impossible is to attack through teamdoor. If allies blow it up then later on, they can destroy it fast as its close to cp and with satchel its seconds. I think current balance is fine, just information that allies should also build cp to spawn there instead of axis has not gone to everyone.

If you know frostbie, then in good old days in RTCW there was no allied command post - it was just a flag which was easy to capture by allies to have spawnpoint there but also easy to re-capture by every axis player. The current CP is hard for allied to get but even harder to lose. If allies have main bunker and also cp built, I dont see axis really claiming CP back as it takes so long and hard route (its possible to spawn as covert, blow up CP near your spawntime, spawn at cp as engi and re-build it, but its damn hard). I would ask - why isnt the battery door rebuildable for axis? Ive seen also battery version where you can have stairwell from beach to gun directly.. those are all lovely versions but makes that map very unbalanced in a way. I guess the real other option is to have regular version. It takes away axis spawn from cp that isnt built but also takes away possibility to blow backdoor with dyna and main bunker door with dyna.
  3. Its intentional and I think it balances well. If axis put a lot of guys defending there, then main entrance is less protected and vice versa. For balance, allies has also extra entrance to flag by door.

    Depending on videocard, it can has also some extra settings. I know I use nvida geforce experience to boost gamma up a little when playing CS in some maps.

  6. TAB scoresheet changes font size from time to time, so that one team (sometimes allied, sometimes axis) has much smaller font. Its hard to see on quick look if teams are fair or not when thats occuring.

  10. Maybe for stupid maps, we could set some fun server. Like cortex also is more fun/playable with djump. But that should be suggestion elsewhere. Goldendunk is no match for either of servers atm

  12. I think he refers to situation where there is equal amount of players or +1 where he joins. Sometimes people wanna swap places, sometimes they dont.

  14. Its cool but with all nades and mines and 20 defenders - that map was pretty terrible for allied to succeed. With smaller group, its fine.

  17. Any old boys maps maybe? Assault and depot? Those were fun back in RTCW days. Also Karsiah is good addition when there is not 20vs20 situation.
  18. I do personally. Thats one of the best moments to do it. We dont do it when map is already running. Yes, if you change team [due forced shuffle or by going other team (including spec)] then you get 0 stats. That has been there long time I reckon. Didnt think of it as a bug or something beeing broken.

  20. @Warden - I just ask to have more understanding what can and cannot be done. You dont have to make maps to show me as Im not the one who decides. But its very handy to have some knowledge, what can and cannot be done/edited. I know we have had some talks about some maps where people cross the line over what rules allowes to do and would be just much easier and consistent if we have problem fixed or prevented instead of punishing afterwards.
  21. Well some suggestions from top of my head: Supply - allied 2nd spawn upper exit - I would put roof that area because until command post, its the only way out for allied. Goldrush - axis 2nd spawn and the zone behind tank (so no mortar could hit there) Bremen - axis 2nd spawnhouse area Pirates - axis 2nd spawn upper area door/ledge against allied mortar Oasis - axis 2nd spawn These are some suggestions. @|Warden - if I understand correctly - glass roof also denies someone in there shooting out - correct? For example if we glassroof the axis 2nd spawn in goldrush then mortar cannot sit in spawn and shoot out?

  23. Class selector script does not rule over autobalancer. You cannot stack teams +2 with class selector script or manually.

Zero, I agree that it much harder and different from main server, but these lads has idea and vision to fill a gap in legacy server list and I think theyre vision is working well as I still hear good recommendations from people who come from there and are sometimes unhappy with main server ways. I dont think 2nd server is backup server for people if 1st server is full but its a place with different maps, microclima, settings etc and that is very nice to give 2 very different experiences to guest and members.
  25. Mortar is currently on point. Tested it out on 3 different maps and was able to shoot and destroy tank and was able to shoot targeted/asked areas.
