  1. yea. Getting out from the tunnel spawn for allies is from 2 ladders (maybe 3) and 1 ramp that is pretty narrow. Not hard for axis to keep them away. Also the mansion is too small for 20+ people.

    But I wanna go to toilet midgame I dont want wires to hold me back but I wanna keep hearing whats going on . Okay, jokes aside, when I was getting my first wireless arctis - the nonexisting latency was the deciding factor. Every other gaming headset that I had before wore out from some cable connection point or cables were on the way.

    Doesnt the steelseries program not help with that? Maybe some setting somewhere is low for some reason 😕 .

    Yea sure, why not. The higher the number, the better the quality and extras are. But even entry level 1 and 3 work very well for regular user.

    Steelseries arctis series is good. If your budget is limited, get arctis 1 wireless. Should be ~100$ on regular day but there are a lot of sales going on everywhere. If you need extra stuff like removable batteries etc then just look higher grade than arctis 1. Im using them over 3 years now and no real sign of wear, sound good and very comfy to wear. Have suggested plenty of friends them and many are using them already. I think even @Dmxj gave them a go and I think hes satisfied with them. All other I've used before are either much more expensive for similar experience or cheaper in quality and worse to use (have too much latency, have materials that make ears sweaty after 2-3h of use, have bad mic etc). Overall I think I have ~25 pairs of different headphones and when I used some for gaming (better surround sound etc) and some for music (clarity, noise level, eq) then now Steelseries have been in main use for all tasks.
  8. Last time it was suggested, it met with downside of modifying gamefiles and thats not what we want to do. If we really want to do it, its not hard to achieve.
  9. Well yea, its the question of where does the arty reach. Depending on the angle how you throw it and where you throw it. You can easily throw it on the other side of the opening of that wall and it doesnt reach too far at all. I would agree if the arty and heavy weapons dont reach the boxes then its all fine. Maybe it was just remembering the oasis rule of "no heavy weapon past broken wall" incorrectly. but seeing that post is done 10h ago then kick has already passed - just the discussion and clarifications are usually needed in cases like this.

  12. @Matu correct me if im wrong but there is no rule about broken wall. It is actually more important where the heavy weapon hits. So was the kick correct?
  13. you can always use "sv_novoicechats 1" or use binds for example /bind m toggle cg_novoicechats if voicechats already bother you. But I remind that currently we are discussing theory of adding something that could be turned on/off so theories usually dont have already practical commands programmed in.

  15. Multiquote incoming I like the thinking behind this. Why not allow something that does not give any competitive advantage but a fun experience or trip back to memory land for some? I think if its doable, it should be done and be turned off by default and whoever likes, can turn it back on. It carries the same logic with allowing turn on/off blood, beatiful sky, smoke etc but unlike the previous - its a preference that has no competitive advantage. Its a war game. There will be fragging if we like it or not. There will be fraggers if we like it or not. Awards like "highest fragger" for example promotes much more fragging, but we are fine giving that award out every round? And show the killspree record of the map? You missed the most important part of the idea - the sounds can be turned on/off and that choice can be personal to everyone. We have enabled custom sounds and images before. Even winter/christmas time. I dont see how this is different? If we wanna keep it fully pure, then lets also disallow custom configs and scripts for players as they are complete opposites of pure and simple. +1 . Thats how it should be on most cases where the option gives no advantage. Even if we personally dont like it, we should not prevent others having and enjoying it.

First start demo, then take info of player (there can be others, not just this one cheaty guy), then inform in discord that he is online and then use commands if the guy is really blatantly guilty. If he just plays well then let it play and upload demo if you want others to check it also check it. No need to start using force immediatelly when someone with australian flag is playing. New guy is smart, nice! Welcome .

  18. you dont need to have 2 pc's. just minimize the game and make notification in memberzone for example with that info. usually some admin or other senior member can also join and take a look. just kicking 3 times in a row seems excessive even for my taste and I know it wasnt with bad intensions. Just we have different way to deal with these "issues".

  20. its not just voice chat..its live chatrooms basically. I suggest you to start using it to be integrated with others in TM community (and admins if needed) instead of beeing lonely wolf
  21. he doesn't do that because the bots are too powerful but to have human vs human gameplay. I will also personally dismiss the claim "The problem is not the level but the fact that these bots as soon they "See" you shooting thorugh everything" as I didn't experience this even once in these maps. Pretty sure 90% of my deaths were by players and not bots. And I was in bremen constantly moving and not camping the corners where I would have even more advantages. But I will wait the promised video.
  22. Dude, you finished last map with 32 kills while 4 remaining bots got 1, 6, 7 and 7 kills. Bots barely stay alive while you top frag your team. You're not even the struggling player you portrait yourself to be. What I saw in server today with 3-4 maps I played, the bots are mostly running around, barely shooting or doing anything useful and people in server dominate them. Last Bremen map human players: Kl00ster - 20/14 Fluschel - 32/13 lazyturtle - 16/14 (OGC)*KALLE - 20/18 War|Geo - 24/14 me - 35/10 bots: gonzo - 1/21 statler - 7/20 rizzo - 7/18 scooter - 6/19 I wouldnt say bots are overpowered in any way. Yes, they might get some odd kill here or there, but thats not even slightly dominating performance. I will wait the video that will show how hypergood the bots are and how impossible it is to win the game against them.
  23. Well how low can we go? They are already level 2 if im correct - if you go lower, then they will basically just stand in one place or dont shoot back at all. Dont take it personally, but they are beatable at the moment to most people with playing pistol only - so if you have trouble with normal weapons, then just keep working on getting better and like in all crafts in life - skill will only increase when faced with challenge. Otherwise people will log in and there is no hope.
